Return & Warranty Coverage
At present we do not provide product return after sales but as a brand Bear teddy is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, that is why we provide warranty for all our bean bag collections.
(Note:- Warranty is applicable only to bean bag covers)

Lether – 7 months
Cotton – 18 months
Denim – 18 months
Conditions
To be eligible for warranty following conditions needs to be met
Product should not have any stains.
Return of product has to be done with secure packing (wrapped and sealed with packing tape .
Product Should not have used in outdoors.
Product Should not have used under direct sunlight.
Product Should not have used roughly.
Product Should not have tampered with sharp objects or surfaces.
Procedure
To raise warranty please contact our customer support +91 8156878111/444 via phone call or through email. Once we receive a request we will verify eligibility of the case. If your warranty is approved we will notify you and send a qualified personal to collect item.
Refunds
Refunds are available only for orders cancelled prior to shipping. Amount will be transferred to the bank account used for purchase. This process may usally take upto 5-7 Business days depending on the banking partner.
