“3 days returnable”

This bean bag is eligible for free replacement, within 72 hours of delivery, in  an unlikely event of receiving defective, damaged or different item delivered to you. You can also return the product within 72 hours of delivery for full refund.

Please keep the items (bean bag cover and bean bag beans) separated in respective brand covers for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

At present we do not provide product return after sales but as a brand Bear teddy is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, that is why we provide warranty for all our bean bag collections.

(Note:- Warranty is applicable only to bean bag covers)

1. Lether   – 7  months
2. Cotton  – 18 months
3. Denim  – 18 months

• Conditions

To be eligible for warranty following conditions needs to be met

• Product should not have any stains.
• Return of product has to be done with secure packing (wrapped and sealed with packing tape .
• Product Should not have used in outdoors.
• Product Should not have used under direct sunlight.
• Product Should not have used roughly.
• Product Should not have tampered with sharp objects or surfaces.
