The delivery was on time. Good packaging. Regarding the product, it’s been a month or so that I am using it. Following are my thoughts about this Bean Bag. – The Material, I found, is very soft and comfortable. But one should be really careful while moving them to save it from pointed objects. – The size is what I expected. – Easy to fill the beans.
Did not see any issues yet. But surely will post it once I find any.

To be eligible for warranty following conditions needs to be met
Product should not have any stains.
Return of product has to be done with secure packing (wrapped and sealed with packing tape .
Product Should not have used in outdoors.
Product Should not have used under direct sunlight.
Product Should not have used roughly.
Product Should not have tampered with sharp objects or surfaces.
Procedure
To raise warranty please contact our customer support +91 8156878111/444 via phone call or through email. Once we receive a request we will verify eligibility of the case. If your warranty is approved we will notify you and send a qualified personal to collect item.
Refunds
Refunds are available only for orders cancelled prior to shipping. Amount will be transferred to the bank account used for purchase. This process may usally take upto 5-7 Business days depending on the banking partner.

Material quality is satisfactory, however beans start shrinking in few weeks of usage. I may have to refill in 6 months.
