- Bear Teddy bean bags are covered by a limited, time warranty. If there is an issue your bean bag then please review the bean bag warranty and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return & Warranty Coverage
Return policy and procedures
Bear teddy bean bag is eligible for free replacement, in an unlikely event of receiving defective, damaged or different item delivered to you.
Please keep the items (bean bag cover and bean bag beans) separated in respective brand covers for a successful return pick-up.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
At present we do not provide product return after sales but as a brand Bear teddy is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, that is why we provide warranty for all our bean bag collections.
(Note:- Warranty is applicable only to bean bag covers)
Types of Warranty
- Lether – 7 months
- Cotton – 18 months
- Denim – 18 months
To be eligible for warranty following conditions needs to be met
- Product should not have any stains.
- Return of product has to be done with secure packing (wrapped and sealed with packing tape .
- Product Should not have used in outdoors.
- Product Should not have used under direct sunlight.
- Product Should not have used roughly.
- Product Should not have tampered with sharp objects or surfaces.

To raise warranty please contact our customer support +91 8156878111/444 via phone call or through email. Once we receive a request we will verify eligibility of the case. If your warranty is approved we will notify you and send a qualified personal to collect item.
Refunds are available only for orders cancelled prior to shipping. Amount will be transferred to the bank account used for purchase. This process may usally take upto 5-7 Business days depending on the banking partner.

We believe it is our responsibility to take care of our beloved customers that is why we provide zero cost return shipments. Costs for returning your items are beared by us.
