We don’t have installation services for our products. All our products comes in ready
to use mode. However in case of curtains, we provide third party installation contact
numbers for measurement and fixing of curtain rods.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, one of India’s leading payment
gateways, ensuring 100% security for all transactions.

Orders normally ship within 4-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will
receive a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment on the Blue Dart,
SAFEXPRESS or DTDC website.

Once the order is confirmed, customer has to pay 70% in advance and the balance
30% at time of dispatch.

You may request an exchange for the damaged product. Our team will assist you with
the replacement process.

Transit damages, though rare, can happen. In such cases, kindly contact us at
corporate@bearteddy.in or via WhatsApp at +91 8156878111. Our team will ensure a
prompt resolution.

If the product is found defective/missing at time of delivery, you may request for return
for the product. Once the product reached the destination of origin, our team will
conduct assessment of the product and refund will be initiated. It usually take a out
7-10 business working days to initiate refund.
